Below are MP3 files of talks given at past workshops. Some of the files are quite large and may take a long time to load depending upon the speed of your internet connection. It is for that reason that we do not recommend downloading over dialup.
Most of these talks were given at our True Heart/True Mind Intensives,which teach a unique integration of contemplation and communication
around such questions as "Who am I?" and "What am I?" Many references
are made to the contemplative process as practiced at the Intensive.
Much of the material, however, is of broad and general spiritual interest.
The Friday talks are likely to be the most technical with regard to the
subject of contemplation, although much of the technical teaching at the
Intensive is given outside of the formal talks. The other talks intend to
provide a broader cultural and technical context to support our spiritual
work. (Please refer to True Heart/True Mind on this website for more
information about the Intensive.) The last listed talk was given at one
of our winter zen meditation retreats.
